“In 2016, after our 2nd miscarriage, in the second trimester, I found my wife crying in the kitchen one day. As I tried to comfort her, she said 3 words I will never forget: ‘I feel broken.’

I wrote this epic poem in response to those 3 words.

This video of the poem world-premiered on Mother’s Day 2020, the day we announced to the world that we were pregnant with our first child! And then, after seven years of trying and four very painful losses, on August 8, 2020, we finally gave birth to our miracle baby, our ‘rainbow baby,’ our beautiful daughter. And in an instant … it was all worth it.”
